GetPsychedSports.org, Inc. (GPS) is a Massachusetts nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation which gives workshops and advocates for a written sport psychology curriculum for youth and school sports teams in an effort to increase the mental health of the general population and to mitigate the frustration and anger that currently surrounds youth and school sports. GetPsychedSports.org, Inc. does not offer psychological services. No psychologist or psychiatrist is employed or contracted for fee by the corporation. Use of the website or workshop materials presented at GPS workshops, and any damage that may arise, direct or indirect, mental or physical, is wholly the responsibility of the participant and absolutely not that of GPS. GPS has merely combined its coaching experience, readings, attendance at psychological seminars, conferences and discussion, as well as common sense, to offer a view of sport that it encourages others to adopt.

Any user of the material who duplicates it electronically or in printed form, retransmits, redistributes or otherwise uses material on the website (www.getpsychedsports.org) or uses ideas expressed on the site or at the workshop for any purpose other than that of a viewpoint about youth and school sports shall be solely responsible for any violations of copyright, proprietary or personal right, including libel or slander, or any other personal injury, whether mental or physical, and hereby agrees to indemnify and hold GPS harmless for any loss or damage, including attorneys' fees, arising out of any claim or proceeding instituted by any third party on the grounds that any of the foregoing rights have been violated.

The information that GPS provides on or through the website does not substitute or replace the services of trained professionals in their fields of expertise, including, without limitation, with respect to psychological, sociological, health or legal matters. GPS recommends consulting with a doctor on a regular basis with respect to any matter relating to physical or mental health especially concerning symptoms that may require diagnosis or medical attention. Neither GPS nor any of its officers, board of directors, collectively and individually, or any other person who affiliates, licenses or supplies GPS makes any representations or warranties concerning any treatment, action or application of medication for any person with regard to any information provided on or through the website or workshop. GPS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages that may result, including, without limitation, economic loss, injury, illness or death.

GPS website links to other organizations and their information is strictly an aid to our users. No endorsement, express or implied of any organization or product is made. All factual material contained in this site has been obtained from sources believed to be reliable.
